Job Description / Responsibility
- To head corporate & retail sales & marketing
- To plan, develop & execute the strategy to meet company sales target for both individual & team performance
- To develop marketing & promotional offers
- To initiate, collaborate & execute promotional activity FB, Social Media, Newspaper etc
- Market Need Statistics collection & Analysis
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs.
- Brand Planning & Development
- Target Market, Positioning & Segmentation
- Channel Buildup
- Dealing with competition
- New market offerings
- To plan, design, initiate activation planning
- Preparing sales information , analysis and reports to meet deadlines
- Corporate presentation preparation & product presentation
- To plan & execute process to close the corporate deal
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
- To develop team members, and sharing best practice with colleagues
- To follow up & management of sales team progress
- To generate weekly, monthly sales report, sales funnel etc report & update management the status
- To collect student database & follow up to bring business
- To analyze & gather training needs & offer the courses

Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Education (Universities), Insurance, IT Enabled Service, Training Institutues
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 42 year(s)
- Basic knowledge of E-Sales & Marketing
- Excellent communication skill in English/Bengali
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs.
- Basic knowledge of ICT business, required skill set will be additive
- Experience in team management & head the sales team
Salary Range
